Shipping

Most orders placed on this website will ship within two business days after order placement, however larger volume orders may require additional time for assembly. Orders are processed on a first in, first out basis, i.e. in the order in which they are received, so be sure to place your orders well in advance of when you require them. If you need an estimate of when your order will ship, contact us before placing an order.

Quotations for corporate purchase orders are provided with a lead time based on current manufacturing and component sourcing lead times and our work flow. We accept purchase orders with delivery dates up to 12 months in advance to facilitate your planning.

For domestic orders placed on this website, you can select from various shipping options from the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. For corporate credit orders, we can ship collect on your FedEx or UPS account as long as you provide your account number and billing zip code on your purchase order. We can also prepay and add shipping costs to your invoice upon request.

We welcome international orders, and ship to almost all countries. International buyers who place orders on this website can choose from shipping via Asendia (provided through Pirate Ship), the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. International corporate credit orders may be shipped collect if we are provided your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and billing postal code on your purchase order. Foreign buyers are solely responsible for paying import duties and value-added taxes, because we have no way of paying them for you. We obey all customs laws, so all packages sent to international destinations are marked as “merchandise” with an accurate value on customs forms. Requests to falsify customs documentation will be ignored.

Shipments originate from our facility in Eagle, Idaho, USA and are shipped F.O.B. Origin for domestic shipments and Ex Works for international shipments.

Exchanges and Returns

Unused items in original condition can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Exchanges will be handled as a credit for the difference in the amounts of the exchanged items. Returns will be handled as a refund to the original payment method or as a credit memo on an outstanding invoice. This policy doesn’t apply to items designated as non-cancellable, non-returnable (NC/NR) or final sale.

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first for an RMA# and further instructions. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
