Shipping
When you checkout on this website, you will be presented with several shipping options. These include various services from:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Federal Express (FedEx)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Asendia (for international orders only)
The prices of these services are subject to change at anytime, and in the case of UPS and FedEx, are variable depending on the shipping address.
International Shipping
Cimarron Technology ships orders to almost every country in the world, with few exceptions. If you live in a country with a slow or unreliable mail service, we recommend using one of the private courier services (FedEx and UPS) or a freight forwarding company with a US shipping address. Shipments sent via the United States Postal Service and Asendia typically arrive within 1-4 weeks to international locations. For time-sensitive orders, shipments sent via the express services from FedEx and UPS arrive within 1-3 business days.
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and value-added taxes as we have no way of collecting and submitting them to your government for you. All packages we send will be marked as ‘Merchandise’ with an accurate value on customs documentation. Refusal to pay these fees to accept our shipments will be considered a forfeiture and render the order ineligible for a refund.
Collect Shipping
If you have your own FedEx, UPS or DHL account, we will gladly ship collect on your account. For purchase orders be sure your account number, billing postal code and desired shipping service are clearly marked on your PO. We can also ship collect on your account for orders submitted on this website if you place your account number in a customer note or send it to us by email. We will refund any shipping charges collected at checkout upon shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Unused items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns will be handled as a refund to the original payment method or as a credit memo on an outstanding invoice. Exchanges will be handled as a credit for the difference in the amounts of the exchanged items. This policy doesn’t apply to items designated as non-cancellable, non-returnable (NC/NR) or final sale.
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first for an RMA# and further instructions. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
