Information about Cimarron Technology’s return policy

Returns are usually accepted when completed within 30 days from the shipment date. This does not include items identified as “NC/NR”, “Non-cancellable/Non-returnable”, “Final sale”, or otherwise indicated as a non-standard or custom product.

Only products originally shipped from Cimarron Technology may be returned to Cimarron Technology. By returning items to Cimarron Technology, the customer certifies that the products were purchased from Cimarron Technology, and there has been no substitution in whole or in part from anyone else. The product must be in the original packaging and in unused condition. Any signs, verbal, visual, or otherwise, that the product has been installed, soldered, had electric power or signal applied to it, or been modified or damaged render the product ineligible for refund. Any items that are judged to be ineligible for refund will be returned to the customer or disposed of.

Return freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.

To initiate a refund, contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number. A customer service representative will review your return request and contact you with additional instructions, your return authorization number, and the return address for your merchandise.
