Description

The BrownDog 180801 RC4739 Upgrade Adapter replaces RC4739, µA739, and MC1303 14-pin DIP dual-channel op amps with a surface mount SOIC-8 dual-channel op amp.

Features

• Plug-in compatibility with existing RC4739, µA739 and MC1303 op amps
• Installs into 0.100 in. [2.54mm] pitch DIP sockets, breadboards, protoboards and PCBs
• SMT footprint for an SOIC-8 dual-channel op amp is on the top surface.
• Equipped with an 0805 pad for an optional bypass capacitor between the voltage supply rails
• Press-fit pins create a low profile, compact design and eliminate the need to solder separate header pins to the board.
• Low loss 20 mil minimum trace width
• Available unpopulated, or with a selection of pre-installed op amps
