HA1457 Upgrade Adapter – BrownDog 140901

Description

The HA1457 op amp is a single-channel op amp in an 8-pin SIL (single-inline) package that was produced by Hitachi. The BrownDog 140901 HA1457 Upgrade Adapter replaces the HA1457 and HA12017 op amps with an 8-pin DIP or a surface mount SOIC-8 single-channel op amp.

Features

• Plug-in compatibility with existing HA1457 and HA12017 op amps
• Footprint for one 8-pin DIP or SOIC-8 single-channel op amp on front surface of adapter maps to the pinout for an HA1457 or HA12017 op amp in an 8-pin single-inline (SIL) footprint.
• Equipped with a 1206 pad for an optional bypass capacitor between the voltage supply rails
• Pins are on 0.1 in. [2.54mm] single-inline grid pattern.
• Pins on bottom edge of adapter come pre-installed to adapter board.
• Low loss 15 mil minimum trace width when used with SOIC-8 component, or 20 mil minimum trace width when used with DIP-8 component
• Available unpopulated, with one 8-pin DIP socket installed, or with a selection of pre-installed op amps
