The RC4136 op amp is a quad-channel op amp with an unconventional pinout as compared to a standard 14-pin DIP quad-channel op amp. The BrownDog 240901 RC4136 Upgrade Adapter – SOIC-14 Version replaces an RC4136 op amp with a conventional surface mount SOIC-14 quad-channel op amp.
