Description
The BrownDog 250604 MSOP-8 to DIP-8 Adapter converts surface mount 8-pin MSOP package components to the 8-pin DIP footprint.
Features
- Allows for installation of MSOP-8 surface mount devices into 0.100 in. [2.54mm] pitch DIP sockets, breadboards, protoboards and PCBs
- SMT footprint on top surface for one MSOP-8 component with a 0.65mm pin pitch
- Press-fit pins create a low profile, compact design and eliminate the need to solder separate header pins to the board.
- Low loss 12 mil minimum trace width
- Available with or without pins installed
- Also available in 100-up (10 by 10) array panels for automated assembly. We can install your choice of MSOP-8 electronic component to the adapters as a turnkey solution. Contact us for a quotation.
